By accessing or using MoveKit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MoveKit provides premium 3D exercise animation assets for commercial and personal use. Assets are delivered as downloadable video files (MP4) and may include poster images.
3. Purchases & Licensing
All purchases grant a commercial license as described on our Licensing page. Licenses are non-exclusive and perpetual. You may not redistribute or resell raw animation files. See our License Agreement for full details.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues with a download, contact support and we will work to resolve the issue.
6. Limitation of Liability
MoveKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
