Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoveKit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MoveKit provides premium 3D exercise animation assets for commercial and personal use. Assets are delivered as downloadable video files (MP4), with supporting artifacts such as posters or metadata made available separately where offered.

3. Purchases & Licensing

All purchases are governed by the MoveKit License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Licenses are non-exclusive and perpetual. Packs also include new releases for a limited period, described under "What you get, and for how long" on the Licensing page. You may not redistribute or resell raw animation files. If these Terms and the License Agreement conflict, the License Agreement controls for licensing matters.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Refunds

Digital product purchases are normally final. If you experience technical issues with a download, or a purchased asset does not match its product description, contact support and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

MoveKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Changes to these terms never reduce the license rights or update entitlements attached to a purchase you have already made. Those are fixed at the time of purchase, and a later version of these terms cannot take them away.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, except that consumers in the European Union retain any mandatory right to bring or defend proceedings in their country of residence.
